Dear Sir iam tme working in oil tanker ship in maldives. My company is foreign company it does not have a rpsl num or crewing agency in India.so what documents I have to submit for appearing class 4 instead of rpsl
Without rpsl your sailing is not valid otherwise it is Indian flag. You contact any agencies in India with rpsl and then you can get rpsl certificate . But contact them before sign off they will provide the details
